About The Position

We’re on the search for a Solution Architect to join our Customer Operations team @ Fireblocks.

You must be a technologist through and through, with the ability to manage end-to-end product solutions originating from customer use-cases: research, analyze, plan, approve, deliver, and more. You will be the technical focal point during the entire sales process - both pre-sales and post-sales. On the pre-sales part, you will act as a subject expert on the Fireblocks infrastructure and product, while acting as the technical lead and assisting the sales team on educating and providing deep-dive technical information for strategic Financial Institutions as potential customers. On the post-sales delivery team, you will be leading the technical aspect of the integration - aiming to achieve a successful deployment of the Fireblocks product on the customers' infrastructure. This includes extensive planning, architecture designing, product gap analysis, technical understanding of customers' needs and complete implementation of such products.

You will be working with the world's largest Traditional Financial Institutions, helping them to get into the Fintech market and implement blockchain based products. You will be in charge of defining our enterprise customers' unique setup with Fireblocks, planning and designing their solutions, API integrations, custom scripting, planning their security definitions, writing user guides, presentations, and more.

Most importantly, as a Solutions Architect in Fireblocks you will have the unique position of having both end-to-end understanding of the Fireblocks infrastructure and application and also understanding customers' business, technical and security requirements and usage of the product. Due to that unique positioning, a Solutions Architect will bridge across multiple departments in Fireblocks, including - Sales, Product, R&D, Marketing, Business Solutions, etc.

Qualifications

  • Proven project management experience - a must
  • Software development experience - a must
  • Deep understanding of IT security and cloud - a must
  • Experience (and loving) working with customers - a must
  • Excellent written and spoken abilities in English - a must
  • Acquaintance with network configurations - highly desired
  • Basic cryptography (PKI, Digital signatures) - highly desired
