Sales Development Representative – Australia Remote

As an Sales Development Representative, you will be a focal point working closely with the Regional Sales Directors to develop and advance qualified opportunities towards maturity and Project Kick-off. In this role you will support the field by building relationships and coordinating sales activities at early stages to successful advancement.

Responsibilities

 

  • Support the Field through remote Account Management activities at a Pre-Sales stage
  • Drives Top of the Opportunities funnel velocity through increased Touch Points, nurturing, task management, initial and remote deal navigation, coordinating field activities at early stages
  • Works in a cadence with Regional Sales Directors and Sales Engineers with excellent cooperation and communication
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with client decision-makers and key influencers
  • Documents daily activities in Salesforce
  • Meets monthly/quarterly sales-ready opportunities stage goals to ensure company revenue objectives are met

 

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of inside/corporate sales experience
  • Excellent at creating rapport with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • A listener with great verbal and written communication over virtual and phone meetings
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to successfully manage a high volume of early stage opportunities
  • Skilled at multitasking and maintaining composure under pressure
  • Positive and diligent approach to building business
  • Exceptional customer service approach along with a desire to partner with Regional Sales Directors in closing business
  • Team player
