To complete our creative and dynamic team in Lausanne, we are seeking a Marketing Manager in charge of Global Demand Generation and leading the Downstream Marketing Team.

Marketing Manager, Global Demand Generation

Your role:

Leading the downstream marketing team and working closely with the regional Sales & Marketing teams the Marketing Manager, Global Demand Generation is responsible for the process, the methods, and the KPIs related to demand generation at Flyability. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, your mission will be to ensure the presence and coherence of regional demand generation marketing plans, lead global demand generation activities while constantly monitoring the success of demand generation efforts globally.

Your tasks:

 

  • Be the owner of the process, the methods, and the KPIs governing demand generation
  • Be the leader and the guardian of the Service Level Agreement between Sales and Marketing
  • Ensure the presence and coherence of a demand generation marketing plan in each region acting as a guide and mentor to the regional teams
  • Define the KPIs and build the tools to assess lead and new business generation efforts
  • Define methods and building tools for analyzing revenue attribution and ROI of marketing efforts
  • Lead a team of 5 marketing professionals (2 direct- and 3 dotted-line reports seating in regions) to success
  • Lead global demand generation effort including: Inbound Marketing, SEO, lead nurturing, website optimization, event coordination, webinars,and any other tools you’ll deem relevant to leverage
  • Reporting on demand generation to the leadership team and the company in general

 

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of demand generation best practices and demonstrated ability to boost demand generation, ideally from a B2B company selling hardware products
  • Problem solver with a growth hacking mentality
  • Extensive hands-on experience of running multi-channel marketing campaigns in a B2B, Hardware environment
  • Experience in running successful B2B ABM campaigns targeting enterprises
  • Hands-on experience using marketing automation software (Hubspot), and CRM (SalesForce) as well as a good understanding of marketing automation systems, lead scoring and revenue attribution
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive demand generation activities based on facts and figures
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Data suite (or any other BI tools) and experience running detailed campaign reporting
  • Previous experience managing a team of direct- and dotted-reporting lines spread across different time zones
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels and self-prioritize
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficient in English. Any other language an asset
