Sr. Salesforce Administrator

In this role, you will be an integral part of the Revenue Operations team at Labster. You will partner with the Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams and other members of the Revenue Operations team to optimize and automate business processes that drive improvements in sales productivity and effectiveness. You will be critical in responsibly scaling and optimizing SFDC in alignment with Labster’s long term strategy and growth expectations. Responsibilities

  • Own the implementation, administration, and maintenance of SFDC enhancements, as well as more complex releases

  • Collaborate with the development team on the definition of proper controls in the areas of security, access, separation of duties and guard data integrity

  • Drive architecture design, enforce best practices for SFDC and oversee successful integration with other internal systems

  • Manage the bi-weekly release process in JIRA and Gearset and assist with the development of field enablement materials, process documentation and test plans

  • Execute and manage successful integration and adoption of SaaS stack tools including Marketo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Ringlead, SPIFF, SFDC Maps Territory Planning

  • Optimize systems architecture based on evolving business processes with focus on role and territory hierarchies, page layouts, flows, workflow and validation rules

  • Oversee a successful rollout of CPQ and continue to optimize the system functionality such as products, price books, pricing rules and approvals and DocuSign templates in line with changing business needs

  • Complete regular system audits and data clean up

  • Support users with building reports and dashboards

 

Skills and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of professional experience in a relevant field

  • 5+ years of SFDC administration experience, minimum 3-5 years experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud

  • Has demonstrated Salesforce knowledge as an advanced administrator

  • Experience in data migration involving Salesforce

  • Demonstrated business design and analysis experience

  • One or more of current SFDC certifications (Administrator, Developer, Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud, CPQ Specialist, Platform App Builder)

  • Experience with Sales & Service Cloud, CPQ, Einstein Analytics/Revenue Intelligence required, Marketo, SFDC Territory Planning, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning are a plus

  • Experience working with Agile and in sprints

  • Ability to operate and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Highly motivated, autonomous individual focused on client’s needs

  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail
