Job Description:

Reporting into Customer Success, this person will proactively engage customers, having a critical impact on product adoption and customer retention.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Work directly with customers to promote platform adoption and enhance customer satisfaction, training customers on all aspects of the Cognism platform.
  • Proactively engage Cognism customers by phone, LinkedIn and email, informing them of new features, driving product usage and advocating for usage of the support team.
  • Run workflow sessions with customers, taking a solutions-focused approach to any blockers or challenges they have with the Cognism platform.
  • Identify potential risk within client accounts and create action plans to engage and mitigate customer churn.
  • Understand customer objectives and work collaboratively to help them achieve these.
  • Develop mastery of internal systems in engaging customers.
  • Identify and relay expansion opportunities cross-functionally.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Excellent listening and presentation abilities
  • Personable, with excellent client relations skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple accounts at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Self-starter and highly motivated, with the ability to work individually under pressure
  • Able to manage workload effectively
  • Results-focused
  • 2+ years of experience within a sales organisation

Desirable:

  • Second European language (French, German, Spanish).
