Ecorobotix is setting-up an in-house after-sales support team to allow its global growth' strategy and seeks a brilliant Automation Engineer based in Mathod.

As Automation Engineer after-sales you will be a strategic communication point between our clients and our R&D. Our clients will need all your attention. Internally we will rely on you to give field feedback.
Responsibilities
- Alongside the rest of the technical support team, insure expert diagnosis and technical support over very varied topics, control software, hardware and field applications;
- Creation of support and troubleshooting technical documentation for internal and external use.
- Attend meetings and training occasionally;
- Autonomously developing and managing long-term relationship with distributors and customers;
- Resolving customers’ issues by analyzing and processing field data;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customers to have a world-class after-sales experience and participate in our continuous product, service and flow improvement;
- Requirements
- Automation / Mechatronics engineering Degree or equivalent;
- Experience in product support, ideally experience in an equipment diagnostics role, or maintenance field service environment with knowledge in agricultural practices and equipment is a plus;
- Excellent technical skills such as log analysis and troubleshooting, both following documentation for known issues and applying best practices to troubleshoot new events;
- Enthusiast to work within a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team environment;
- Very good written and verbal communication skills (active listening, with the ability to interact with a range of people including key customers, business managers, R&D engineers, technicians, and operators);
- B2 in English and/or German.
