Sales Executive

To support us on on scale up journey we are actively seeking to fill the newly created role of Sales Executive for International Markets

 

Reporting directly to the VP of Sales and collaborating with the Global Sales and MarCom Teams the Sales Executive will be responsible for managing specific international markets (excluding US & Canada) and achieving the sales revenue targets in these regions.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage the sales territory to ensure the achievement of sales targets
  • Preparation of sales forecasts and reports
  • Implementing strategic business planning
  • Recruit, enroll, manage and motivate the distribution channel using standard channel management tools/skills
  • Visit distributors on a regular basis (commensurate with market opportunity).
  • Ensure distributors have the adequate sales training.
  • Support distributors in their demand generation and closing efforts.
  • Deploy successful web/direct based lead generation program to ensure a consistent revenue pipeline
  • Show initiative and independence working with distributors, to support the demand generation projects per country business and the demand generation plan;
  • Engage with end users to drive direct/indirect sales and build strong and long-lasting customer relationship
  • Deploy sales channel mindshare (sales/product/education)
  • Identify key events/congresses to attend and liaise with marketing team to plan budget, define and execute strategy
  • Train, educate and support current and potential new clients, in collaboration with the Client Care Team.
  • Organize product demonstrations in collaboration with the Client Care Team.
  • Ensure that SalesForce is fully implemented and correctly /optimally used as a sales tool for managing the complete sales cycle.
  • Preparation and delivery of quotes and follow up with invoices
  • Provide support to the Global Sales Team as and when required
  • Close collaboration with the Marketing Team to help build brand awareness, brand confidence, generate leads and to support the global marketing effort to achieve sales revenue targets.

 

 

What You'll Need To Succeed

 

  • BA in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Life Sciences or similar equivalent experience acquired in Sales, Business Development or Marketing. Master’s degree a plus
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience in the healthcare industry, ideally in either MedTech working with SaMD or SaaS. Experience selling SaaS solutions in the IT sector may also be considered
  • Ability to pursue business opportunities to their successful conclusion either directly or through the distributor
  • CRM tools with experience of SalesForce a real plus
  • Fluency in full MS Office suite, comfortable with technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • “Getting things done”, being hands-on and thinking strategically is natural for you
  • You enjoy thinking outside of your area of work and to actively drive business decisions
  • You are a team player, humble, lead by example and have a good sense of humour
  • Confident and proactive, with the ability to take the lead in challenging situations

  • Swiss / EU citizen or current holder of Swiss work permit. Currently living or are willing to move to /close to Geneva, Switzerland
  • Fluent English speaker. Fluency in a relevant second language (FR/IT/SP/GE/ P/Arabic) a real plus
