Americas Marketing Manager (100%)

Your role:

Are you a superstar in marketing? Do you have experience in B2B marketing? Apply now, this job is for you. As Regional Marketing Manager Americas (North and Ibero America), you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and measuring regional marketing activities including lead capture/nurture campaigns, event management, and focus initiatives with regional resellers to generate demand and sales. You will support the Americas sales team to reach their sales target and the company to meet its objective. You will report to the Americas Managing Director and the Head of Downstream Marketing.

What you will own:

  • Create a regional marketing roadmap that encompasses global campaigns, events, and regional focus initiatives
  • Plan and deliver global campaigns amplification at regional level to engage clients/prospects, raise awareness and create leads, work on focus initiatives in the region
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to successfully amplify marketing campaigns with the right content and in a timely manner in consistency with the Americas sales objectives and marketing roadmap
  • Measure campaign’s regional results by providing KPIs and accurate data reports
  • Work closely with resellers in the region to align your marketing efforts. Provide them with the necessary marketing materials, training, and support to effectively promote our products or services. Establish regular communication channels to share insights, gather feedback, and address any challenges
  • Identify influential players in the industry such as industry leaders, decision-makers, or experts. Engage with them through networking events, conferences, or online platforms. Establish relationships by offering value, sharing insights, and collaborating on projects or initiatives
  • Identify and manage priority industry events including but not limited to: trade show, roadshows; conferences; fairs and VIP customers events to drive awareness and sales conversion
  • Oversee in-person and virtual events end-to-end: event planning, event day set-up, email marketing, pre- / post-event data management, event logistics (attending venues as required), and event wrap-up reports
  • Drive other marketing initiatives based on product launch and company global roadmap, e.g. webinars
  • Support with the development of sales enablement tools/collateral and audience targeted content including translations to support the Americas sales team
  • Handle voice of customers (‘VoC’) surveys to provide consistent customer feedback about their experience with and expectations for our products and services
  • Lead regional monthly marketing meetings and quarterly marketing workshops
  • Take the ownership of the Americas marketing budget (management and tracking)

Requirements

Your profile:

  • Bachelor or Master in Business Administration and/ or Marketing
  • Experience in B2B marketing with a successful, proven track record
  • 4 years of experience in marketing is the minimum requirement
  • English mandatory, Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in digital campaign management is mandatory
  • Experience in robotics is a plus
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great team-spirit

Requirements:

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to move boxes and crates weighing up to 60lbs, including up and down stairs
