As a Senior Integration Partner Manager at Yokoy, you play a pivotal role in fostering and nurturing collaborative relationships with Yokoy’s Integration Partners. Your mission is to expand Yokoy’s integration capabilities across various third-party systems. As a product-driven company, we recognize that a best-in-class product is the linchpin for our customers’ success. Therefore, your strategic focus on extending our integration strategy is critical for our sustained growth and continued excellence.

🧑🏽‍💻 What you’ll do:

    • Collaborate with Product Management: Work closely with the Yokoy product management team to shape an effective ERP strategy for Yokoy.
    • Recruit Integration Partners: Identify and onboard Integration Partners in alignment with Yokoy’s ERP strategy.
    • Roadmap Guidance: Understand and provide strategic advice on Integration Partners’ product roadmaps, ensuring a comprehensive portfolio of ERP connectors with robust features.
    • Quality Assurance: Establish quality assurance processes to ensure certified Integration Partners meet Yokoy’s high standards.
    • Enablement Program: Facilitate the onboarding of new Integration Partners through the Yokoy Partner Enablement program, streamlining their path to productivity.
    • Issue Resolution: Develop efficient support processes to address any connector-related issues faced by partners.
    • Ambassadorship: Represent Yokoy as the ambassador for Integration Partners.
    • Cross-Functional Relationships: Cultivate strong internal relationships across functions to support our eco-system of Integration Partners.
    • Strategic Decision Support: Assist the business in making informed decisions regarding partner focus and investment.

⚒️ What you’ll need:

    • You are an accomplished Integrations or Product Manager with 5+ years experience of working with partners, and developing product strategies and roadmaps
    • You have experience in running technical projects
    • You have experience in collaborating with partners in technical projects
    • You have knowledge of ERP, Finance, Procurement and Expense management
    • You are a skilled collaborator and a proven cross functional player, as well as an excellent communicator
    • You are prepared to be scrappy and a self starter
    • You are fluent in English and ideally speak German
