As a Product Marketing Manager at Yokoy, you will be responsible for ensuring that our market leading products are positioned and explained appropriately to the right audience. 
We are a product-driven company with a customer-centric approach and appropriate messaging, materials and enablement are critical to ensure our success.  
By working closely with our product and customer facing teams and by gaining insights into our industryyou will be responsible for building compelling stories and materials that effectively describe new products and functionality.  
This is a key role within Yokoy, you will be supported by great colleagues and teams who will help you deliver excellent work in a fast-paced but truly collaborative environment. 

🧑🏽‍💻 What you’ll do:

    • Help the market understand how by using Yokoy they can optimize their spend management processes, improve efficiency, minimise the risk of non-compliance and save money 
    • Work with many teams including product, engineering, marketing, revenue and operations to contribute to the success of our business  
    • Set up processes to ensure that new messaging, content or customer stories are created and then shared appropriately 
    • Create messaging that supports new product or feature releases 
    • Enable our revenue and enablement teams to understand our key benefits to enable them to help to drive new sales opportunities 
    • Act as a central resource for insights into new products or feature information and key competitors.Create messaging documents to help other teams to leverage your insights 
    • Develop great relations with your Yokoy colleagues, and externally with industry influencers 
    • Support our GTM activities, and gather feedback from the field teams to ensure we continually improve 

⚒️ What you’ll need:

    • You’re an accomplished Product Marketing Manager with a track record of creating content and messaging for different persona 
    • You enjoy solving complex problems. You will work with different stakeholders and you will need to be able to guide projects through to completion and approval 
    • You have several years' experience in B2B Product Marketing, ideally focused on European markets 
    • You have a proven track record of understanding product and feature releases. You will understand a markets’ business problems and how to position messaging that explains how a product or feature can solve or mitigate those problems   
    • You will have worked in technology/SaaS businesses and ideally within a scale up environment 
    • You are a skilled collaborator, you will be working with different Yokoy teams, gathering but also sharing information  
    • You are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in written work 
    • You can demonstrate the ability to work autonomously but with support when you need it 
    • You have a positive and collaborative “can-do” approach 
    • You are comfortable with change and a fast-paced environment 
    • You are passionate about delivering quality work to deadlines and delivering projects and materials that makes a difference to the success of our company 
    • You are fluent in English and German; other European languages are a plus.
