About the Role:Come join our team as a Technical Support Specialist and be a key player in providing top-notch assistance to our amazing customers! In this role, you'll be the go-to person for diagnosing and troubleshooting software issues, ensuring our customers can smoothly navigate our applications.

Your day-to-day will involve tackling software issues, handling CRM integrations, and using remote connections to offer on-the-spot support. You'll be a pro at using email and chat to swiftly handle simple tech questions. And for those trickier problems, you'll hop on Zoom or craft easy-to-follow guides and manuals or escalate internally for a quick and smooth resolution.In our tech support crew, you'll find a bunch of friendly faces who are all about tech and helping others succeed. We're on the lookout for someone our customers can really trust. They'll be counting on you to deliver solutions that are both timely and spot-on.

Key Responsibilities:•    Dive into research to uncover solutions for any software hiccups that come your way•    Diagnose and troubleshoot technical glitches, even if it’s just setting up an account. •    Ask the right questions to get to the heart of the matter and solve problems quickly•    Keep tabs on issues from start to finish, making sure they get resolved •    Walk our awesome customers through each step via email or chat until the issue is fixed and they’re back on track•    If things get complex – pass it on to the right team to lend a hand. •    Provide speedy and accurate feedback to keep our customers smiling•    Deliver top-notch tech solutions with our insider knowledge and external resources •    Log issues meticulously, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks•    Juggle multiple tasks like second nature – excel at keeping everything running smoothly. 

Requirements:

•    Have a knack for problem-solving? Been there, done that! •    Whether you've rocked it as a Technical Support Engineer, Customer Service Agent, or something similar, we want to hear from you.•    Love diving into CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Bullhorn? Awesome, because we do too!•    Know your way around computer systems and tech gadgets like a pro? High five!•    Got the magic touch when it comes to diagnosing and fixing basic tech issues? You're our kind of wizard!•    Ever used remote desktop apps or help desk software like Zendesk? Cool beans!•    Great at puzzles? Excellent communicator?
