To respond to strong market traction in North America, we have created a subsidiary in the US. To consolidate its activities, plan and implement its future growth, Ecorobotix is looking for a:
CEO North America
As the CEO of Ecorobotix Inc, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of its operations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the continued growth and success of the business. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong blend of industry knowledge, a strategic vision, and an operational expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic leadership
Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and profitability.
Participate actively in the industrialization and logistics strategies of the subsidiary.
Identify new market opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Operational management
Oversee all operational functions, including manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, sales, distribution, and finance.
Ensure efficient production processes and quality control measures are in place to deliver high-performance machinery to customers.
Financial management:
Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts in alignment with strategic objectives.
Monitor financial performance and implement initiatives to optimize profitability.
Sales and marketing
- with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
Team leadership and development
- strong leadership and guidance to a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Regulatory compliance and quality insurance
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards. Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to uphold product integrity and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
A master’s degree in business administration, engineering, agriculture, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the machinery manufacturing or agricultural industry.
Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
Excellent strategic planning and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of agricultural machinery and farming practices is highly desirable.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards in the industry.
