Your Mission

Reporting to the VP, Talent Management, the Senior Talent Management Associate will organize and maintain participation in our corporate learning objectives, driving three core disciplines:

 

  • Learning Management System (Litmos) administration
  • Ensure appropriate connection and optimization of varying platform integrations, the active directory, and the LMS to ensure learner profiles, assignments, and activities are fully aligned to workforce needs. 
  • Develop automation strategies for auto-enrollments, system reminders, delinquency reports. 

 

  • Knowledge management/training compliance
  • Work closely with Quality and Regulatory teams to establish and maintain a relevant training qualification matrix, while ensuring all departments meet or exceed training/regulatory requirements.   
  • Find simple ways to disseminate the knowledge across departments through various channels relying on people and technology to ensure the organization can leverage from insights that impact them. 

 

  • E-Learning and Multimedia Authoring.  
  • Leverage industry-standard instructional design strategies (ADDIE, AGILE) to ensure learning content aligns with apt learning science and industry best practice.  
  • In partnership with key stakeholders from the business, design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning solutions in a variety of formats (E-learning, videos, podcasts, etc. Face to face learning). 

Requirements

We know backgrounds can be varied, but to be best set for success we see you bringing:

  • 5 years or more serving as a learning/instructional designer, training specialist, and/or LMS administrator
  • Industry experience within a regulated environment (Healthcare, Manufacturing, Automotive, etc) is critical, having supported compliance training. Further experience with ISO/Regulatory requirements and external audit is beneficial.
  • Maintaining and optimizing one or more learning management systems. Having been a SAP Litmos LMS admin is a plus
  • Building engaging multimedia learning solutions with a proven sense of how to combine graphics, video, sound, and text to create a seamless, attractive user experience.
