Vice President of Product

To sustain our growth and assert our presence in the European consumer billing market, we are seeking a visionary leader to join us as Vice President of Product.
The Role:You will lead our product initiatives as our VP of Product, guiding the evolution of our billing and payment solutions. This role involves tackling challenges like tailoring our platform to meet diverse market demands, sharpening our product and design strategy, and leading innovation in a sector on the brink of major changes. Under your leadership, we aim to convert market opportunities into measurable successes.
What You'll Do:
- Craft and implement a detailed product and design strategy in line with our business goals.
- Lead and motivate a team of product owners, designers and more to excel in product creation and design.
- Promote a culture of innovation and customer-focused product development.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure product initiatives enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to business growth.
- Manage the product management cycle from concept to market launch and beyond, incorporating user feedback/research.
- Propose and drive scalability initiatives and processes such as Design System, localisation process etc.
Who You Are:You are a seasoned product leader with a deep passion for user experience and driving significant change. You have a proven track record of leading product teams as well as design teams, preferably within a SaaS environment, and are skilled in strategic planning and execution. You excel at fostering team collaboration and are committed to advancing product initiatives that align with broader corporate goals.
