Marketing Project Manager - Cognism 

We're looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join the team, reporting directly to the CMO, you will be involved across a wide range of projects that will have an impact across the organisation. Diving into the heart of innovation by promoting best practices and leveraging cutting-edge tools, with a focus on optimising marketing resources, while driving actionable insights through data-driven reporting. If you thrive in ambiguity, excel at problem-solving, and love challenging the status quo this is the opportunity for you.

Role And Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key projects.
  • Participate in project scope meetings, providing insights on team requirements and timelines.
  • Manage project plans and team resource allocation in collaboration with other marketing department leads.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, reporting, and record-keeping. This includes tracking project progress, and generating reports for stakeholders.
  • Contribute expertise to the ongoing development of project management strategies across marketing.
  • Profound expertise in managing fast-paced projects concurrently.
  • Experience in leading end-to-end marketing projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Maintain operational project ownership and drive projects through from start to finish.
  • Facilitating cross-functional collaboration and communication, fostering strong relationships between teams.
  • Championing process improvements within the marketing team to drive efficiency.
  • Able to provide comprehensive status updates on project deliverables.
  • Show ability to lead presentations to senior stakeholders.
  • Possess effective oral and written communication with the ability to tailor style to different audiences. 
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to demonstrate a flexible, adaptable, and positive approach to change. 
  • Demonstrate proven self-organisation and time management.
  • Be a confident and competent facilitator.

Requirements

  • Experience in using Asana or familiar using any other work management platform
  • Supplying reports to outline progress and flag any foreseen challenges regarding time and resources.
  • Ability to plan multifaceted, multi stakeholder, complex projects 
  • Experience working in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Excellent communicator, positive but realistic with the ability to judge the appropriate way to communicate problems according to the audience.
  • 2+ years of experience working within a marketing function, ideally in B2B SaaS, or related role
  • Experience managing marketing projects from concept to execution.
