Swisscom has been one of the first customers from MATRIXX Software and works jointly on innovative ways to expand and monetize mobile broadband services since 2013. At first, Swisscom launched the Self-Service roaming cockpit including multiple roaming plans and packages. In 2016, Swisscom extended MATRIXX’s digital commerce platform to its various MVNO customers Wingo, M-Budget and Simply Mobile proving the multi-brand capabilities and flexibility of the platform. During 2018 the project team has been working on the extension of the platform to foster multi-devices and IoT developments as part of a transformation initiative to increase the share of real-time applications.
