Isa Müller-Wegner

Isa Müller-Wegner has been Head of Group Strategy & Business Development and a member of Swisscom Ltd’s Group Executive Board since June 2023. She holds an MBA with high distinction from Harvard Business School and a Master of Arts (PPE) from Oxford University. She started her career as a consultant at Arthur D. Little in London, UK. After a stint as a strategist at the British Broadcasting Corporation, she moved to Bain and Company, where she assisted companies in customer-related industries such as telecommunications and consumer goods in strategy and post-merger integrations. From 2015, she was responsible for eBay International’s multi-billion-dollar business across much of Europe, including Italy, France, Spain and Turkey. Before joining Swisscom, she was Executive Vice President at Bain Capital Private Equity, where she led portfolio companies in various industries.
