Paloma Bosco

Paloma holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Rome and a Master’s degree in Political Economy from the University of Amsterdam (UVA). She began her career as a consultant in the Government practice at Accenture in Rome, then moved to Bain & Company in Milan and Zurich, where she supported clients in the Healthcare sector, Telco, and Oil & Gas industries, as well as in M&A and PE activities across various industries.

From 2012, Paloma was responsible for eBay EMEA Corporate Strategy, overseeing new business development, M&A, and ventures investment. In 2019, she joined i-surance, a European insurtech start-up, as COO, leading international expansion, new product development, and strategic partnerships. Following i-surance’s acquisition by Bolttech in 2021, she led the integration of the two companies and later transitioned to Corporate Strategy, overseeing Strategy and Investments in the EU and US.
