Tina Willibald

Tina brings nearly 20 years of experience in the ICT industry, having joined Swisscom Ventures in April 2020 after spending 15 years in diverse roles within Swisscom. As the Head of Portfolio Development and Partnerships, she focuses on supporting innovation, building strategic partnerships, and fostering the growth of high-potential businesses. Tina is passionate about bringing people together and creating value through collaboration and forward-thinking strategies.

Born and raised in Austria, she holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and studied International Marketing and Management at Copenhagen Business School. Before joining Swisscom, Tina worked as a consultant in the telecom sector.

Throughout her career at Swisscom, she has led multiple high-impact initiatives, including the launch and leadership of the Corporate Responsibility program. Her efforts have resulted in high-profile partnerships with Solar Impulse and Climate Pioneers, establishing Swisscom’s sustainability footprint. Tina also played a pivotal role in building Swisscom’s first Executive Briefing Center for Enterprise Customers and developing the Swisscom IoT Partner Ecosystem. Her leadership in these projects showcases her ability to develop innovative solutions and foster strong customer relationships and her passion about sustainability and community-building.

On a personal note: Tina enjoys spending time with her two teenage children and regularly travels to Sardinia, her favorite destination for relaxation. In her free time, she engages in activities that promote environmental awareness and personal growth. She also enjoys gardening on weekends.
