Victoria Lietha joined Swisscom Ventures in 2023 and is an Investment Director focusing on Deeptech and B2B Software investments globally.

Previously, she spent more than 10 years at ABB, a technology leader in electrification and automation, in numerous positions including ABB’s venture capital arm. At ABB Technology Ventures she invested in venture capital funds and startups globally in areas such as industrial IoT, robotics, and energy. Her time at ABB equipped her with the expertise to understand industry dynamics and assess the commercial viability of technology innovation. Victoria holds a B.A. in Business Administration and a B.A. in International Affairs from the University of St. Gallen Switzerland.

Driven by a deep belief in the transformative power of entrepreneurship, Victoria is committed to supporting founders who push boundaries and create meaningful change. Her role at Swisscom Ventures involves identifying the next category leaders and driving the firm’s mission to support Switzerland’s emergence as a global hub for Deep tech.

On a personal note: Victoria is an avid reader and has a passion for the arts. She enjoys various sports from volleyball to skiing and relishes the opportunity to lace up her running shoes particularly to explore new places.
